botId not working

“Our chatbot is temporarily unavailable and we are working on a fix”

That message is displayed when the platform is down. If you’re still facing issue, please raise a support ticket on PSD board along with bot link and reference screenshots.

Hope you are doing very well.

As already discussed with your Support Team (support@yellow.ai) still i’m facing the same problem that *Our chatbot is temporarily unavailable and we are working on a fix and your support team is really not helpful in my case and they are saying i need to contact with Account Manger for further help. could you please take the same issues on the highly priority basis so that i can successful integrate yellow.ai in my app. at this moment i already spent more than 20 days in this stuff still i feel like i’m stuck in the process. i’m sharing some stuff for your references below.

kindly do some helpful for me ASAP and looking forward to your response.

@dev_Naman For region specific deployments, you need to pass region code in url.
