When I trigger a call to my mobile to test my voice bot, I get a call but bot says that it is experiencing some technical difficulties. I dont have much context to know if its due to some misconfiguration on my end or from yellow.ai end.
It’s due to invalid ssml, or miss configuration of text_type and the actual message. Can you please cross check configurations?
