Can we add chat transcript URL in the Chat Tickets (Platform table using code)

For the thermofisher bot the client asked to add chat transcript URL in Chat Tickets table(Default table).
botId : x1645187976360 (staging).

I have to store the chat transcript URL in the custom field.
