Can we fetch the whole chat of user and bot through api?

Is there any api through which we can fetch the complete transcript of the conversation of yellow messenger and user by passing some conversation id or something?

Can you share the sue case for which you would need this? We have public chat url and send chat transcript functions available which can be used to access the conversation between a user and the Platform
