Can we redirect users to google form once he clicks a button on whatsapp in a flow?

Hi @Riya_Taneja ,

WhatsApp has limitations in embedding links within buttons. So within bot flows, you cannot share a link in a button. However, you can pass a link inside a text message where you share it in a link format itself.

Whatsapp campaigns/notifications in a pre-approved template format can have links embedded as the links are approved to begin with.
