Can we take customer satisfaction survey through Poll Option on Whatsapp. If Yes, can we also get the reports on the same.

We don’t support the Poll option on WhatsApp just yet.

Just wanted to know is there any other alternate way for taking customer feedback directly on WhatsApp. ???

Hey @Tejas_Shetty you can either use carousel for taking user feedback or WA and store that response of that user in the DB.
