For a customers bots, they wanted to Integrate the email ticketing in WhatsApp bots.

  1. D36 API will be shared with us- Collect the details from the user and send it to D365 - response will be the case id
  2. Yellow team will be sharing V2 API, Which will send the response to back to the customer with the resolution
