Is there any learning on “what time of the day” are engagements highest?

Hi Robin,

Can you explain by what do you mean by Engagements ? In Insights section we have dashboard which shows users interecating with the bot i hourly basis. Hope that is what looked for ? PFA

Hi Robin,

You can get this from the User activity card and see data for your preferred duration using the drop-down.
