FAQs list cards is not displaying properly after reload for Mobil123 and Carmudi Live Chatbots

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue in the chat bot widget with the FAQs List cards, below is the screenshot attached before and after reloading the bot. The users wont be able to see the FAQs after refreshing the bot.

Need suggestion to handle this issue.
