Use Case : Credit Request

There will be a specific utterance when user coming to the bot when the entry point is from Ads, and then user need to answer several question before calling api to submit credit request. i want to build funnel dashboard. how many user coming from the ads till submit credit request success.

We also need to do when user coming organically. so we know how many from Ads and Organic one, and what is looks in funnel for each.

@Abdullah_Zuhud You can filter and summarise by these specific flows/steps and apply funnel visualisation for this in Data Explorer > User engagement events table. Ads vs organic data won’t be available on the same table. Are you storing this data in some place?
