If agent idle time in our mobile apps it automatically log out

Can we disable automatically log out when agents using our inbox mobile apps in iddle time?

Hye @Hamid_Shohri No, one can’t disable the agent auto log out functionality.
If the session expires, we do log out agents from the mobile app for security & privacy concerns.
