Session time out for the yellow.ai partner app - iOS and Andriod

Hi Team,

Just need one clarification on the yellow.AI partner app for iOS and Andriod version, let us know if there is any session timeout for the agent login. It will be helpful if anyone confirm on this.

We have session timeout for 8 hours in mobile apps…

Thanks for the quick response. Let us know if the session time of 8 hours is applicable for both types of logins i.e, SSO, Google and logging with USER ID/Password.

Can we also know why the session time out has been implemented? Why not the agents are allowed to login to the partner app until they choose to logout manually?
