I created one inbound campaign on the cloud platform and selected Widget configuration as a Chat Auto popup and Web behaviour given URL and condition then launch the campaign. when I’m running the campaign chat auto popup was not shown on the website. when I open website the first time it’s not shown. After refreshing the page then it will be shown.
Can you please share a screenshot of the conditions you’ve applied?
