Looping to a single journey when User360 (user identification) was added

Hello,

Wondering if you can share some tips about the looping issue we encountered. When we added User360 (user identification) to the bot, it keeps looping or circling back to just one flow. It does not continue to the Main Menu even when it is properly setup.
