Outbound Campaign getting PAUSED

Whenever I try to run any campaign it gets paused by system. I am getting an email telling this:

“Uh-Oh!! The infra for x1643262445440 is not available when running “Notification - Test2”. We have paused the campaign for you. You can resume the campaign from scheduler tab. Check the infra health from “configuration → health → whatsapp” section of the bot”
