The client wants the Total no. of users interacted, the Average response time, and the Count of user messages for the entire year 2022 ( Jan to Dec) as we get the data for the last 3 Months, do we get the data for the whole year any other way?
@Shilpa_Shree You can get the mentioned data from Data Explorer > Message events table. Apply the required time frame of 1 year, and data should be there.
