1. If a link is shared as part of a text message or in notifications sent to the user, can we capture if that link has been clicked/opened by the user?

Currently, it’s not possible to track user activity.

2. If a text message has been sent to the user through the bot, can we capture if and how many times that test message has been forwarded?

WhatsApp shared analytics if the user had read the text message, but we can’t track how many times it’s been forwarded.
