Use Quick Reply Event Data

We have a template which send whatsapp message to customer with 2 quick reply button “ACCEPT” and “REJECT”.

When the user click of any of the button quick_reply_event is triggered. I want to trigger a flow based on template from which the event has been raised and use the variable which were used in template.

How can I achieve this and test the same on platform ?

It has now been 12 days since we raised support to get messageId or template variables in a quick reply event.

In recent case #00065662, we have received the link (, which also doesn’t clearly explain to us how to access the messageId or template variable in the quick_reply_event.
