We have use case to integrate Live Agent in WhatsApp. Will it work similar to Web Chatbot? Kindly help up on this.
If you’re using the WhatsApp orchestrator bot (which is given on the yellow.ai platform for free to test your bot on WhatsApp), it doesn’t support the Live Agent journey.
