Can we enable bot/live agent flow to a secondary whatsapp number?

Can we enable a bot flow/live agent flow to a secondary whatsapp number that has been added to a bot?
Use Case: The primary whatsapp number already has a bot flow and a live agent flow. Need to enable a live agent flow for the secondary number as end users are responding back to the communications being sent.

Just checked

  • multiple Whatsapp numbers will point to just one bot
  • One bot = One inbox

Hence, all whatsapp numbers can point to the same inbox module and agents can pick up conversations from any of the numbers. The source number doesn’t matter as long as it’s connected to the same bot
