Can we see the read receipt of the user (web/mobile app bot) in the studio conversation logs

For one of our projects, the client has shared a requirement
Need Read receipt of the chat conversation by the customer. We should be able to see the read receipt in the form of a blue tick which was visible before the BOT implementation. This will help us to improve our review pitch %

The client is doing the audit in Studio > Analysis > Conversation logs.
I can see some conversations where it shows single tick for last few messages and double tick on other messages. Can we consider that as user drop off?
We need clarity on this.
