Is this possible?

The customer has requested a feature to distinguish between read and unread bot messages in order to ensure that no important updates or chats from end customers are missed.

For example, there are 450 unread chats, and once the chats are read, the count disappears. The customer would like to have a similar feature in the inbox module specifically for bot messages. This feature could involve any visual indicator or distinction to differentiate between read and unread chats.

Why does the customer want to manually go over each & every exchange in bot messages? What value are they getting out of this activity? Does the customer use Inbox here?
