Inbox admin has set up canned responses for agent - live chat. But another user (inbox agent, and analytics). Is not able to see them? Users with inbox agent subscription, will not see canned response?

Are you referring to creating a new canned response. If yes, only inbox admin will be able to create a new canned response.
