How can I enable the Agent Escalation?

I’m trying to build a bot where Agent can communicate with the user using the auto-suggestion feature as mentioned in Inbox | . But I can’t find how to enable this feature. Can anyone help me with this.

This Canned responses suggestions feature is not something we offer by default as an option. It has to be enabled from the backend on a bot-by-bot basis.
It has some pre-requisites like that bot needs to have come across a lot of conversations & it should also have a lot of canned responses configured already. Only then our suggestion model would work well. We are currently only testing that in a handful of bots. So you want to get it enabled in your bot please let us know. Our team will evaluate if their bot has sufficient data for the suggestion model and provide access accordingly.
