Hi @Abdullah_Zuhud , In Insights section. Select Chat tickets table. In Chat Tickets table, Summarise the Data by Average of Resolution Duration and Agent Email.

Hi @Abdullah_Zuhud , Summarize by Resolution time created first and then add another condition to group by the agent email.
