How can we get the data average handling time in our insight dashboard for certain agent

Hi @Abdullah_Zuhud , In Insights section. Select Chat tickets table. In Chat Tickets table, Summarise the Data by Average of Resolution Duration and Agent Email.

Resolution Time Created? or Resolution Time Assigned?
