How to disable the did you mean text

Likwid bot have a issue , when client create a email ticket via bot dashboard, in between the email ticket bot is responding with a Text → Which comes from Bot Mapping → Unknown message .
Please help me how to disable this message

hey @Shilpa_Shree please check the suggestion message what you are using in the bot. To check this go to Home of the bot and check over there once.

@Jayesh_Rana The message over suggestion is different from the message render in between email tickets, below is SS of the suggestion message ,

The message we are getting in between ticket is “I think you are looking for something I cannot help you with.”
