Is it possible to disable the email content alone?

Hi team

We have integrated email ticketing for one of the bot.After ticket creation an auto reply will be sent to the user as this field is mandatory in the email ticket configuration.
Client wanted to disable the auto reply or email content.
Is it possible to disable the email content alone?

Hey @Likhin_Jain_S_M you can remove this text and simply enter space over there once and then save it. It will work.

Yes @Jayesh_Rana tried this but an empty email will be sent to the user right??

I think we cannot disable this. But we can pass it as empty only.
