I have been breaking my head around using the custom field update event to update variables in the studio module. All the help document says is to use “ticket-update” event which is not even the correct name, and no way of how to go about using it to store value to a variable anywhere. Any assistance around this will be largely helpful as I am trying to use inbox data to send via my studio module.

I am not able to understand this entirely - “I am trying to use inbox data to send via my studio module.”
So we have custom fields in the inbox module right? I need to be able to save that data when the ticket is closed, as a variable in the studio module. This will then be used to send out as part of my api request to update my internal LMS.
Does this explain my use case?
