While bulk uploading the documents to the knowledge base, some documents got successfully uploaded while others are currently undergoing indexing and are in the pending stage.
Also, regarding the documents that are indexed, upon searching them in the bot we are not getting responses at all.
Can anyone help here on how to proceed further?
