Intent confidence is high, but the flow is going to fallback instead

Hi team need insights

We have configured 1 intent. We have checked in tools and got high confidence. When we tried the intent in the BOT, it goes to fallback.

  1. We have configured the intent as the step trigger
    2.got high confidence for the intent
