Live agent feature doesn’t work in live mode .
The flow seemed to be working fine on sandbox mode . But as soon as we moved to production the raise ticket node doesn’t work and regardless of agent being online and available the bot goes in error flow

As we discussed during the office hour call, there was an issue with working hours configuration in the Live mode. Please feel free to comment below if you’re still facing this issue.
