No Active Generic Live Chat Integration Found

I found an error while raising a ticket with raiseTicket node and this is the error


Can someone explain to me why this error is happening?

  • Is the RaiseTicket node raising this to our in-house inbox?
  • Have chat tickets previously been raised on this bot environment?

Is this with an integration or our in-house Inbox?

I raised the ticket using raise ticket node


the ticket is raised but in open state even the agent is online

Can you check the concurrency of the agents that are online
