We can see the count information about the top flows which are visited by users in Insights. Similarly, can we have a customised report to track the count of some specific keywords or utterances in chat conversations ?
@Samarth_Mehta Could you share more on why this is required? If it is for what intents they triggered - you can check that from Top Flows Visited. If it is for top unidentified utterances - you can check more from Studio > Analysis > Training Performance.
