I already checked the logs and enable all the event on event hub in inbox category and run through the logs, but I cannot get the ticket-created and ticket-missed event. I need this data to track the ticket real-time and record the data to the database as our live chats table is only showing the ticket with assigned status
We don’t have an event for ticket-created. We only have events for individual chat statuses like resolved, missed, queued etc.,
Can you create a JIRA ticket for us to look into the
ticket-missed event issue?
