Need help on the below points for the WA data tracking. The WA team mentioned this is possible but the delivery team mentioned it’s not. Need clarity from the WA team on this.

  1. Can we track whether the media file has been opened or not?
  2. Can we track the shares and forwards on WA?
  3. Can we track whether the media file has been heard completely or not?

  • Can we track whether the media file has been opened or not?
    No. We can only get the delivery status if the Media has been sent using Templates.

  • Can we track the shares and forwards on WA?
    Currently this feature is not supported on the platform. Please raise a feature request and it will be evaluated during the next roadmap planning.

  • Can we track whether the media file has been heard completely or not?
    No.
