Can live agent reply from MS teams as a backend channel?

This is for Marico ITSM Chatbot opportunity.
Channels- WhatsApp, MS Teams
Use Case- Live agent transfer

The client wants their agents to be able to reply to user queries from MS teams itself and not log into Inbox as its one added app to download/portal to log in. Would this be feasible?

I don’t believe this is feasible.

This client wants to use our native inbox module but the agents want to reply from MS teams itself.
Is the above understanding correct?
