How can I add custom tags in the Feedback node on cloud?
Currently it stores the rating and comment automatically in the database, but if I want to add some more fields like the e-mail ID, how will I do it.
I see that there’s a column of custom tag in the database, will that be of any use?

Incase you want to store custom data you need to create a different database; here you can store custom data, user feedback, comments etc. The custom tag column is not accessible through the feedback node.
