Email ticketing- Is it possible to stop the auto email response send to particular domain

scenario: there will be a case where the customer support email (used for email ticketing)will be used as cc in clients internal email.
At that time, auto email is been sent to that to email, which client doesnt want.
so can we block auto response which has been sent to a particular domain

Can you explain what you mean by “particular domain”?

This ability to enable/disable the auto acknowledgment email being sent for email ticket creation is something that is currently under work. It will be released in the coming weeks.

Hi @Sandeep_Rajaram The particular domain which i am referring is client domain.
that is any email like
