Error on Agents Dashboard | Not responding

Our support team is unable to send the messages to the customers, We are getting an unexpected error.

189388: Failed to send message!

Can anyone help us with the root cause of this?

The exact error why message is not being sent out can be seen in signature API from network tab. Can you pass the chat url where we faced this issue?

Hey @Md_Sarfaraaz_Hussain This error happens when there is a network drop at that point in time. Pls check the network speed & ensure stable connection is there.

We’ve made some changes to handle these cases gradually in the product and have made the error messages more easy to understand. Pls check
