I can’t able to connect to the Agent for the past 7 days, before that it was working fine. I have tried using both the Yellow AI chat bot and WhatsApp with 4 Agents being available at the same time.
Besides when I try to see the Agent working hours in Inbox–>Settings–>Agent Configuration–> Working hours. I’m getting this error.
Can anyone help me with this.
