Group Based Allocation in Freshchat from Yellow

We are using Freshchat as live agent connection from Yellow. In our freshchat, there are multiple groups. How to reroute chats to different groups from yellow. For eg, chats that are being connected to a live agent through Flow XYZ lands to ABC group in freshchat. Currently all chats are routed to one single group. In the raise ticket node, none of the groups that are already in our freshchat integrated account is being shown
