If the bot answers from KB questions on that the option suggested articles is showing. But for my requirement it is not required. How can I hide that?
@vithyabarathi_Ganesh I don’t think it is possible to hide the suggested articles as of now in the platform. If this is a required feature you raise a request with platform team to add this.
You can now disable the suggested articles under Conversation settings → Document Search → Disable Enable links for summarized answers.
