How we can End/Close conversation

After 10 mis of idle time, how we can End/Close conversation. Then customer will begin chat from start.

There is option to show message if customer idle, by using “User Inactivity Event” - “OnHoldMessage”.

But how to End/Close conversation.

Using the “User Inactivity Event” you can send a message to the user, but currently it’s not possible to end the conversation.
