Notification sound is not loud and need settings for change it

Customer is facing difficulty in getting the notifications sound as it is not loud comparing to their other softwares. Kindly give us some solution on this.

They are testing it in Mac system.

We cannot configure the volume on notification settings.
Available configurations- Inbox notification settings | yellow.ai
