Can you confirm if we are able to send chat transcripts that happened before it’s handed to SF LC. (on cloud )
Also, can we forward images? will SF- LC accept file attachments during a live chat conversation?

We can send the chat transcript URL, but it has to be associated with a field that is created in salesforce that has to be passed in the salesforce custom fields while raising the ticket.
To answer your 2nd question, as an end user you can send attachments to the agent, but the agent doesn’t have a provision to do the same.
