Use case : In our bot we have feature to provide feedback as thumbs up & thumbs down Is that possible to trigger a journey if any user click on thumbs down ??
@Sai_Kumar_Singaram We trigger feedback-collected event whenever feedback is submitted. It’s same for positive, and negative feedback. Would this help?
