Genesys Pure Cloud live agents

How can we access the variables we capture from users in bots to Genesys Pure Cloud live agents? We obtain the user’s name in notifications and the latest user inquiry. Clients also want to examine past chats or data we collect from users, such as phone numbers and email addresses.
