How can we know the reason why conversation goes to missed chats?

we already set offline ticket, queue

Hey, @Abdullah_Zuhud this happens When any raise ticket action fails due to Inbox settings that can be controlled (for example, if offline handling is disabled, group queue is not configured, etc.), the chat will be available in missed chats.

we already have this in our docs.yellow.ai but i am only know about this in Dev Mode (sandbox/staging). is there a way to get the same for Prod env?

@Abdullah_Zuhud Are you not able to see the debugging logs in the Production env?

We can not see debug logs in studio - analysis in Prod. @Sandeep_Rajaram

@Abdullah_Zuhud If you are not seeing any of the debugging logs, it is most likely the studio issue. Pls check with them cc: @Vikash_Kumar
