Hi @Hamid_Shohri, it is possible to re-open a ticket in freshchat. In the raise ticket node, you will find a field named UserId, in that field please pass the freshchat userId of the end user, so that whenever the user tries to raise the ticket again, it will re-open his previous ticket.
how can we get the freschat UserId @Mahesh ?
When the ticket is closed by the agent, log the event data, in the event data you will get the userId of the end user which you need to use next time.
