Re-Open previous chat creates new ticket

When we re-open the previously resolved or closed chat, it opens a new ticket with the same chat context. Can we disable this feature and let the previous ticket itself go into an active state.

Hey @Nihar_Sandeep_More Unfortunately this is not a setting that we can control. This is the default logic for live chats now.

Can you help me understand how this creates a problem? On what circumstances do we reopen a live chat here?
